PILI : IL PIANO DELLE FERROVIE E’ INCOSTITUZIONALE
“HANNO CANCELLATO LA SARDEGNA DAL CONTRATTO DI PROGRAMMA”

“ Non voto questo piano perché cancella la Sardegna dalla rete ferroviaria italiana, è incostituzionale, grave e lesivo della coesione nazionale”. Lo ha dichiarato il deputato sardo Mauro Pili annunciando in commissione Trasporti la decisione di contrastare in tutti i modi un piano che lede il principio costituzionale della coesione nazionale e del riequilibrio tra regioni”.
“E’ un piano illegittimo per il quale la regione dovrà ricorrere alla Corte Costituzionale perché lede una norma costituzionale ben chiara, le regioni italiane sono 20 e non 19. Non solo hanno cancellato le poche risorse che c’erano, non solo non hanno restituito il maltolto degli anni passati, ma nelle carte presentate in commissione Trasporti – sostiene Pili – hanno persino cancellato la sardegna dalla cartina geografica”.
“Quella della Rete ferroviaria Italiana è una decisione inaccettabile che va contrastata in tutti i modi. Sta passando la tesi che la posizione della regione è ancora quella scellerata e irresponsabile di Soru che aveva pensato di risolvere i problemi con qualche trenino in più. Il problema vero non sono i trenini – dice Pili – ma quello di rifare binari e reti ferroviarie adeguate sia su pendenze che rettifili. Va ripreso l’accordo di programma quadro del 2004 che si era fermato proprio per responsabilità politica di chi aveva bloccato il programma di infrastrutturazione della rete ferroviaria sarda”.
Pili poco prima del voto del piano aveva duramente attaccato in commissione l’amministratore delegato di Rfi Michele Mario Elia per un piano irrazionale, illogical and without any balance.

I QUESITI DELL’ INTERROGAZIONE
se il governo e i Ministri competenti non ritengano di dover disporre un’immediata rimodulazione dell’aggiornamento del contratto di Programma di Rete Ferroviaria Italiana tesa a restituire alla Regione Sardegna le risorse parametrate spettantigli;
se non ritenga di dover disporre non solo la rassegnazione delle risorse che gli sono state sottratte con la proposta di aggiornamento del Contract program, but to provide a fair allocation of the programming period 2011/2015 where Sardinia is totally excluded, unless
