Catch Phrase For Birthday Invitation

Junk food, ... poison for the mind.

Ludwig Feuerbach, philosopher Bavarian 800, coined the famous phrase - "We are what we eat" - and today more than ever that his cryptic statement is in my view appropriate to describe some of the "worries" of our society. A thesis of this kind requires a solid foundation on which to rest and then I will be forgiven an apparent digression that serves as a premise. If you true that 95% of the animals used in laboratories to test all kinds of medicines and food for the recruitment and human consumption are rodents, of which 83% are mice, it probably means that 99% of DNA in common man and mouse is considered by the entire world medical science and academia, a significant measure to ensure similar effects in both species following exposure to various substances found in nature or manufactured by man himself. The reality, as often happens, it is surprising, and in this case reveals that the rat, a major part of the movie of our life, interprets the "uncomfortable" and unpaid stunt that turns le scene pericolose al posto nostro e forse, a ben pensarci, meriterebbe più rispetto e considerazione quando lo si intrappola nell’angolo tra il muro e la scopa.
In uno di questi experiments, however, something unexpected happened that scared the young pupils of a school in Appleton, Wisconsin: the proposal is to observe the behavior of two groups of three rats each, fed with different foods: one with " junk food (snacks, sweets, soft drinks, chips, etc..) and the second with whole foods. The differences in the two cages were noticed immediately with the first group who showed marked anti-social tendencies and an unusual aggressiveness that often resulted in actual combat, in addition to mice fed a "junk" had lost their typical nocturnal habits and day running non-stop destroying games available to them. Instead, the group fed food "normal" had kept the nocturnal habits and tendency to socialize. After two months of the experiment, one morning the teacher found one of the mice fed with snacks killed and eaten by his two cage mates. Then replaced the junk food with good food and within three weeks the mice "murderers" back to old habits and a natural behavior. What the experiment showed, despite the adverse developments, it was the composition of the two diets that differed in the presence of preservatives, dyes, thickeners, sweeteners, etc.. All of these substances could then modify the metabolism, mood and reactions of the mice. When the voice the incident spread, some of the same school district wanted to repeat the experiment with a slightly different way, as much as possible in order to protect the mice. Changing the diet only for a few days, with sugar coated cereals, candies, cookies and diet sodas, children and teachers noticed, since the day after the first intake, a sudden change in the behavior of mice that became lazy and grumpy , began hiding food spending a lot of time on the day to smooth the surface. Now someone might feel entitled to think that the effects on small mice can not coincide with those men, because the latter, despite being similar at the genetic level, have, after all, dimensions and characteristics very different from the DNA of their relatives. Instead, even the men, and especially children, seem to suffer heavily on the type of power "suffered". He showed a study of 277 children in England, which was given to drink fruit juice for two weeks with the addition of artificial coloring and preservatives, for an amount 'total grams far below the permitted levels in food and Drink commercially. Asking parents to describe the behavior in a diary of their children without knowing when they assume the juice artifact and when the natural juice, researchers have found themselves holding a series of results that bound by the amount of intake of juice laced with chemical additives a marked tendency to disturb the other, an ability of intermittent concentration, persistent difficulties in making sleep, a preference for solitary play and a predisposition to attacks of rage. But the clearest evidence of the relationship between junk food and behavior, is coming out in a secondary school where the American was normally required the continued presence of a policeman to prevent accidents with weapons and fighting daily, a school where teachers spent their no time to teach the kids, but groped di mantenere l’ordine e la disciplina in classe.
I therefore think it is more useful to stress the superficial attitude of those who deal with classified information, does not lay the proper emphasis on this type of experience, allowing the market to drag towards the success of advertising products so bloated, because of real cocktails poison on which no one really knows the potential for harm. Now we can also go on to pretend that everything we eat and drink does not affect our health, mental, and that of our children, as long as not too surprised when we start to feel an uncontrollable desire to "smooth the hair" ... maybe each other!
