will already happened to "visit" the new hospital she drove. To me it was the turn to go for a checkup. The day before I am notified by the switchboard that the time fixed for my appointment should be postponed for 10 minutes. I think to myself: "poffarbacco ... not even in Switzerland are so precise." The next day I go like a good user to the new structure with a fair degree of advance, about three-quarters of an hour.
traffic, new hospital, I do not know where the parking lot, put that there is a little 'walk, then I must find the cash to pay the ticket, better pigliarsela calmly. So at 10:15 I do my first entry into a new structure. Large areas of light, glass everywhere, that kind hostess will tell you where to go. It almost seems to stand in the lobby of a resort.
"I have to pay a visit orthopedic, can kindly tell me the cash?"
"Pass those doors and go straight, you will find a hallway in the middle hall, the doors are to his right."
thank surplus and step by step in what appears to me as a kind of "spaceship of Health." When I come in boxes of new attacks me bully the doubt of being boarded a space ship. I feel stupid for coming so early. Big, bright screen indicate the progress of code, file comfortable chairs to relax in front of the doors waiting for their turn and a panel touchscreen che sorge direttamente dal pavimento quasi fosse una console di comando.
Risultato: operatrici demotivated and no waiting. ... Indeed, love waits.
On my right sat two rows below a father with his daughter. As everyone waits for his turn. Agitation which moves up and down his head to look at the screen you see that has a certain urgency and that their turn is imminent. Appeared his number, collect his coat from the chair of the girl who has the hands and heads on the door, but just before reaching the front of the operator, a lady come out of nowhere pulls in front of him blowing his place. I saw him look at his ticket in disbelief several times and the code on the door busy dalla furbetta di turno.
I followed this scene filled with dismay and my spirit is quieted only when the counter staff, understood the situation, made to accommodate the father and child, who seemed to walk with some difficulty.
I look at the clock, ore 10:50.
Il mio code at the bottom, the time of the appointment is confirmed, 10:55. Well ... I do not have time to finish the word mentally analyzing carefully the lines of the screen, I realize I have to wait one hour before. First on the list, which is yet to come, is that of 10:05 and after him there is that of the 10:10, 10:15, 10:20, 10:25, 10:30, one every 5 minutes ... . I turn to the people sitting on chairs watch them all, they look at me in turn, understand that I get it and who with a sigh, some with a growl, looking down. ... But like, everything I'm unbelievably, casino, technology everywhere, for me to say a flat screen that I do one hour di fila per una visita di controllo programmata da settimane?
Ormai sono nervosamente rassegnato, faccio un paio di telefonate work, my wife and the office notice that are late and then seeing that I have nothing else to do for three quarters of an hour I decided to go to complain to acceptance. The lady behind the counter looks at me with pity and informs me that the URP (Public Relations Office) is still in the old hospital. Poffarbacco, not even the satisfaction to blow off steam with someone ...
I'm not really angry at the loss of time, but because I hate being taken for a ride. I did not know else to explain the phone call the day before I moved the visit of 10 minutes. As I return to the visiting room of the clinic 2 think to € 260 million spent to build this hospital and I say, "No, this is not just a joke, it's a real scam. What is it worth spending all this money then if the service is so poor? Who has won? Certainly not the person who is charged plus a ticket to be impotent this destruction, and does not hold up even the pretense of running, the structure has been operational since October 3: The first day is chaos, more than understandable. The second half day chaos, and the third a "caosino", but after a week things have to work otherwise it means that the system was ill-conceived and those who run the facility is not doing its job well, that plus I find well-paid. If the director recalls the high-sounding declarations at the dawn of the inauguration: "From now on, the Como and not only can count on an avant-garde structure, with an organizational model in Lombardy ... ever experienced." Exactly! Organizational model of my beautiful ... "poffarbacchi. This is the famous Lombard efficiency standard cost much heralded nationally? Hospitals as businesses ...
