SESTO RACCONTO APPARENTE
La signora col cappello cercò di raggiungere il luogo dell’appuntamento, ma le
case erano completamente diverse dall’ultima volta e c’erano rotonde dove prima
sorgevano rassicuranti semafori. La signora aveva un cappellino grigio, con una
fascia di fiori rossi. Pensava a quando tutto era più riconoscibile e
decifrabile: gli uomini, le donne, i sentimenti, il deserto, la montagna, la
metafora. Tutto più decifrabile. Ma ora, ora c’era quella nebbia, che avvolgeva
tutto, e nessuno sembrava accorgersene. Il passato had lived in a puff

Lo vide per caso in un mercatino della domenica, seppellito sotto una montagna di camicie e pantaloni stropicciati. Ad attirarlo fu una manica che spuntava dal mucchio, con una fodera bianca in cui si intravvedeva l’inizio di una disegno. Era un kimono nero, con dei sigilli bianchi sui due petti, e il disegno del Fujihama nella fodera interna. A colpirlo, in particolare, fu la katana che sembrava spuntare dal cono del vulcano. Invece la consapevolezza che abbiamo sempre a disposizione un nuovo insegnamento da provare, da mettere in pratica o qualcosa da studiare, senza fretta e senza patemi d'animo, ci aiuterà a godere della nostra nuova esperienza e potremo ricavarne anche delle sicure soddisfazione se riusciamo alla fine superare positivamente questo nostro impegno. Altrimenti pazienza conosceremo una fettina di umiltà in più e anche i nostri limiti, che in qualche parte esistono anche per ognuno di noi.

Una delle due mamme è Alfreda, una mamma cremonese che è intervenuta il 9 Novembre nella trasmissione di RAI UNO "Se ... a casa di Paola" alle ore 15 accompagnata dal suo avvocato Francesco Miraglia del Foro di Modena.
Il tribunale dei minorenni di Brescia ha sottratto ad A.V. le sue due
...bambine di 12 e 7 anni nonostante queste non abbiano subito alcuna violenza
da parte di chicchessia, né poteva sussistere il benché minimo sospetto che
tali violenze potessero verificarsi. A.D. ha già cresciuto un figlio maschio
ora maggiorenne e le sue figlie frequentano le rispettive classi con buon
profitto. Motivi del tutto pretestuosi sono stati utilizzati per
giustificare una sottrazione inutile, ingiusta ed estremamente dolorosa per
la madre e per le figlie.
In generale, i metodi educativi di una madre, possono non essere condivisi
(e spesso diventano motivo di conflitto tra mamme e nonne), ma nulla può
giustificare la Spartana "Rupe Tarpea" in cui il ruolo materno può essere
gettato tramite la sottrazione dei propri figli.
Il CCDU ha fatto una manifestazione il 17 dicembre davanti al tribunale di Brescia in modo che tali ingiustizie siano conosciute e che le istituzioni pongano sempre più attenzione su queste iniziative che, fra l'altro, sono costosissime ed innotevole quanto ingiustificata crescita.

“ Non voto questo piano perché cancella la Sardegna dalla rete ferroviaria italiana, è incostituzionale, grave e lesivo della coesione nazionale”. Lo ha dichiarato il deputato sardo Mauro Pili annunciando in commissione Trasporti la decisione di contrastare in tutti i modi un piano che lede il principio costituzionale della coesione nazionale e del riequilibrio tra regioni”.
“E’ un piano illegittimo per il quale la regione dovrà ricorrere alla Corte Costituzionale perché lede una norma costituzionale ben chiara, le regioni italiane sono 20 e non 19. Non solo hanno cancellato le poche risorse che c’erano, non solo non hanno restituito il maltolto degli anni passati, ma nelle carte presentate in commissione Trasporti – sostiene Pili – hanno persino cancellato la sardegna dalla cartina geografica”.
“Quella della Rete ferroviaria Italiana è una decisione inaccettabile che va contrastata in tutti i modi. Sta passando la tesi che la posizione della regione è ancora quella scellerata e irresponsabile di Soru che aveva pensato di risolvere i problemi con qualche trenino in più. Il problema vero non sono i trenini – dice Pili – ma quello di rifare binari e reti ferroviarie adeguate sia su pendenze che rettifili. Va ripreso l’accordo di programma quadro del 2004 che si era fermato proprio per responsabilità politica di chi aveva bloccato il programma di infrastrutturazione della rete ferroviaria sarda”.
Pili poco prima del voto del piano aveva duramente attaccato in commissione l’amministratore delegato di Rfi Michele Mario Elia per un piano irrazionale, illogical and without any balance.
